Easy to care for.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth, or hand wash in cold water with a mild soap. Hang to dry — do not bleach, iron, or machine dry. Store somewhere cool and dry between adventures.

Are the crystals real and natural?
Yes. Every stone is a genuine natural crystal sourced directly from its country of origin — no dyes, no synthetic substitutes. Because they're natural, each stone varies slightly in color and texture. That's not a flaw. That's the point.

Is this collar safe for my pet?
PrismTail crystal collars are designed for supervised decorative wear only. Remove the collar when your pet is unattended, sleeping, or during vigorous activity. Not intended for leash attachment. Inspect regularly for wear or damage.

Can the collar get wet?
Keep the collar dry. Prolonged exposure to water can affect both the leather and the stone surface. Remove before baths, swimming, or rainy walks.

How do I choose the right size?
Our collars adjust from 9 to 14 inches (23–36 cm), fitting most cats and small-to-medium dogs. Measure your pet's neck with a soft tape measure and add 1–2 inches for comfort.
